FULL-TIME REAL ESATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION:
Troy Real Estate Management Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant, with Real Estate experience expected.
Duties:
· Provide secretarial/ administrative support for office manager of Property Management Company
· Draft letters/documents, scanning, faxing, answer telephone, maintain office manager calendar.
· Organize files both digital and hard copy formats.
· Submit to lenders reimbursement requests for Capital Expenditures
· Responsible for all company vehicle insurance being up to date
· Assisting in obtaining quotes for Property and Casualty Insurance
Qualifications:
· Minimum (3) years of secretarial/clerical experience in Real Estate/Corporate.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow up on projects
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Proficient in MS Word and Excel
· Extensive on-site training will be provided
Compensation:
· Full time in office salary position
· Sign on bonus at six-month mark of $1,000

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
