JOBS SUMMARY
We have a full-time opening for our Director of First Impressions. Principal duties are phone management and processing/preparing client documents, and also include performing a variety of general accounting support tasks including clerical and administrative matters and office operations. Our firm offers a pleasant work environment and a competitive compensation package. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and professional with a can-do attitude!
We are ready to hire immediately.
Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. January through April REQUIRES weekend hours and extended weekday hours. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Prior professional office experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Receptionist experience - use of multi-line phone system
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for periods of time, as needed
- Ability to move/lift up to 40 pounds, as needed
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile coverage
