JOBS SUMMARY

We have a full-time opening for our Director of First Impressions. Principal duties are phone management and processing/preparing client documents, and also include performing a variety of general accounting support tasks including clerical and administrative matters and office operations. Our firm offers a pleasant work environment and a competitive compensation package. We are looking for someone who is ambitious and professional with a can-do attitude!

We are ready to hire immediately.

Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. January through April REQUIRES weekend hours and extended weekday hours. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR OVERTIME.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Front Desk Receptionist
  • Administrative and clerical responsibilities
  • Processing deliverable documents for presentation and mailing
  • Processing incoming paperwork and mail
  • Communicating with clients, staff accountants, and partners
  • Accounting and bookkeeping support to staff accountants and partners
  • Ordering supplies
  • Task management
  • IT support communication and management
  • Filing

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Prior professional office experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Receptionist experience - use of multi-line phone system
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to stand for periods of time, as needed
  • Ability to move/lift up to 40 pounds, as needed
  • Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile coverage
