Job Description
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in facilitating efficient office operations and ensuring seamless communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members. In this role you will perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and documentation. As well as perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, data entry.
Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
  • Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Perform general administration duties
  • Assist other departments, as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experience
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
  • Customer service experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Minimum of HSD/GED, Associate's/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, packages that are delivered, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
