Responsibilities
- Work with the Director of Nursing to manage cases and meet the needs of our clients and clinical team. You will assist in the planning and evaluation of and client policies and procedures.
- Help to develop training programs to help our team provide a higher standard of care.
- Complete field visits
- Assist with orientation
- Review care notes
What's required to join our team:
- Minimum one 2 years of recent experience in med-surg, ICU, or home health is preferred
- Maintaining policy and procedures
- Quality assurance and administrative experience
- Able to travel within the territory
- Empathy for the needs of the client
