We are professional and our goal is to obtain residential properties for the purpose of rehab and remodeling homes.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and energetic individual who can type, print, label and send out real estate letters to potential sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Create a filing system to store and retrieve documents.
- Search and retreive data using computer or smart phone
- Typing, printing, labeling and mailing out real estate letters to potential sellers
- Maintain an organized paper filing system of all company files.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
