-Calling vendors and updating POs with information regarding any discrepancies/ status, of the purchase order or line items
-Reviewing and confirming purchase orders with information from emailed acknowledgements
-Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and turning in to Accounting for processing.
-Responsible for a large amount of data entry, from updating purchase orders, to changing item configuration, description, or pricing.
