What You’ll Do:
- Learn about all aspects of our warehouse and purchasing operations.
- Enter purchase orders and track orders through delivery.
- Report issues and handle vendor credits.
- Analyze purchasing trends to determine stocking needs.
- Proactively identify other tasks that will support department goals.
- Learn about new product lines, vendors, and markets.
- Occasional lifting.
Requirements for this Position:
- Minimum of three (3) years purchasing experience.
- Time management skills to complete all daily activities.
- Strong communication skills to keep team well-informed.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage all projects and tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.
- Experience with office supplies and janitorial items products preferred.
- Some college education is preferred.
- Must pass Drug Screen and Background Check prior to starting work.
