Property On-Site Manager

Position: On-Site Property Manager

Job Type: Part-Time up to 25.00 hours per week

Pay: $19.00 per hour or DOE

What you will be doing:

• Maintain posted office hours

• Rental & showing of units

• Certification and Re-Certification of all tenants on a yearly basis

• Service of notices

• All routine office functions & communications

• Purchasing

• Collection of rents

• Attend training seminars

• Inspections (move in/move out/interim)

• Daily grounds pickup – Keeping good general appearance

• Maintain communication with Property Manager concerning status of on site activity including submission of required reports.

• Other duties as assigned

Monitor and maintain the following:

• Mowing, edging & trimming lawns

• Daily common area inspections

• Keeping laundry room clean

• Minor maintenance –Changing light bulbs/tightening – adjusting locks – Minor plumbing repairs

• Snow removal of sidewalks

What we look for:

• Strong indirect experience required

• Strong computer aptitude

• Prior Property Management experience a plus

• Detailed Oriented - ability to work accurately with numbers for extended periods of time

• Dependability - reliability in carry out instructions, observing rules, respecting confidences and discharging responsibilities

• Adaptability - ability to modify behavior and approach to reach a goal
