POSITION SUMMARY
The Onsite Property Manager manages all aspects of the designated property. The Onsite Property Manager role has broadly defined functional areas that include lease enforcement, maintenance, building management, property owner and tenant relations, and financial due diligence. This role is important in assisting in the development of and maintaining positive tenant, vendor, and contractor relationships.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promptly respond/follow up on tenant or property owner complaints and concerns ensuring quick resolutions to any arising issues.
- Work with an Onsite Maintenance Tech to address work orders and needed property repairs and projects.
- Ensure periodic regular property inspections.
- Manages, maintains, and supervises positive ongoing relationships vendor services as needed.
- Coordinate, schedule, and perform tenant move-in/move-out inspections.
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate Ad Hoc reports to the management team and property owner.
- Responsible for the development of property-related budgets for operating and capital expenses.
- Maintain a professional dementor while frequently interacting with employees, visitors, tenants, contractors, and property owners.
- Develops business relationships through membership and participation in professional, industry/trade, and civic organizations.
- Perform other duties as requested.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Residential Property Management Experience: 2 years
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATION/FORMAL TRAINING
- College degree preferred but will accept less education with qualifying experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is predominantly held onsite at the property. An office space is provided and a private residence.
- This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

- $4750 - $5260 per month package with reduced rent options included - DOE
