Tarragon Property Services is seeking a full-time Assistant Business Manager for our BRAND NEW Lease Up Property, The Tilden. This position is based out of our Lacey property, providing you with the opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment. We offer a competitive pay rate of $21 - $24 per hour, along with a long list of benefits:

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an Assistant Business Manager, you're a crucial member of the Tarragon Property Services team. You collaborate closely with the Business Manager, learning the ins and outs of management, from administrative to financial duties. Taking charge in the Business Manager's absence, you supervise staff, inspect property areas regularly, and provide recommendations for community enhancements. You manage rent payments and handle invoices to ensure lease accuracy. You also support marketing efforts.
Utilizing Yardi E-Learning, you remain committed to continuous learning and professional development. By maintaining positive resident relations, addressing concerns, and upholding professional standards, you contribute to the overall success of our company, earning respect through effective leadership and exemplary conduct!

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER?
We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license, sound driving record, and auto insurance
- Computer literacy
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal characteristics:
