WHAT’S NEEDED FROM YOU?

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of progressive property management experience
• Experience managing a team of 7 or more
• Understanding of variance reporting, reclassification, balancing Gross Profit Ratio (GPR), accruals, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  A master’s degree, relevant industry designation such as CAM or CPM, and active involvement with industry associations such as NAA, WMFHA, or IREM are preferred but not required. A Washington Real Estate License would be a plus.
