Porter’s Office Products is an established and fast-growing company, searching for a Purchasing/Customer Service Associate in our Rexburg area. Business hours are Monday through Friday---with no weekends! This immediate, full-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys creative thinking, communication and data analysis. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assists customers with placement of orders, cancellations, and credits over the phone.
- Order fulfillment, ensuring items get to customers in a timely manner
- Purchasing processes, utilizing suppliers to keep stock levels accurate
- Data accuracy
- Vendor management
- Custom and special order processes
- Has strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Communicates well with other team members.
- Assists with other office duties as needed.
Hours
- Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
