Property Manager/Maintenance Technician

Property Management Company seeks one dynamic reliable, self sufficient manager capable of property manager part-time and part time maintenance tech. If you can do both then it is full time position

• Day to day operations for Affordable housing community.
• Property management
• Tax Credit processing/Section 8
• Lease up experience
• Punctuation, attention to detail, Organizational skills a must
• Proficient in Yardi
• Maintenance/ Turns, paints, Grounds, light plumbing, light electrical, dry wall etc.

Must have vehicle, reliability, punctual, great attention to detail. EOE

Must Pass criminal and drug screening.
