Maintenance Technician

PART TIME MAINTENANCE CARETAKERS – Seeking reliable persons with basic plumbing, drywall, and carpentry knowledge to work in Christiansburg, VA area. Duties include routine maintenance, preparing vacant units, cleaning common areas, etc. Must have reliable transportation and provide your own basic tools. Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies. 24 hours per week. Pay range is $19.00-$21.00 per hour. Credit and criminal checks required. Must pass drug test. Email mtrosper@partnershippm.com.
