Association Manager needed for communities in Newport News. UPA is seeking a candidate who:
- is self motivated, detail oriented and reliable
- enjoys working with people
- assists with the preparation, management, and maintenance of the yearly budget for Homeowner Associations under supervision
- maintains Homeowner Association records and files with attention to detail and according to policy
- documents, attends to, and resolves Homeowner Association issues
- has experience in setting up and facilitating meetings
- has the ability to communicate to large groups
- has the ability to produce time sensitive materials
- can establish working relationships quickly and easily with a diverse group of people
- has a high energy level and great customer service skills
- is goal oriented and results focused
- has the ability to work from home with access to quality internet connection
