Assistant Property Manager (Dmbvda)

Dreyfuss Management is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for a Multi-Family Community located in Midlothian, VA.

• A minimum of two-years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Manager is required.
• Strong sales and marketing experience required.
• Ability to thrive with little supervision.
• Need to demonstrate exceptional customer service and have an outgoing personality.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community and team in a positive manner.
• Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in operation of phone/computer/keyboard/copier/scanner, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must possess a helpful attitude and the ability to assist residents and vendors under all circumstances.
• Can diffuse and respond to a resident’s concern to avoid escalation of a problem.
• Participate in training to comply with new and existing laws.
• The ability to counsel and discuss accounts with the residents.
• Handle delinquent accounts and prepare reports.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Must be flexible and dependable.
• Must use and understand social media and its trends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
