Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Property Manager to become a part of our team in Opelika, AL! You will help plan and facilitate all tenant activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all tenant transactions.
- Attract and educate new tenants.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment.
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office, and/or Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with contracts and leases.
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with manufactured homes
