```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and renovations
- Advertise and market available rental units to attract prospective tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants through application review, background checks, and reference checks
- Prepare lease agreements, move-in/move-out documentation, and other necessary paperwork
- Collect rent payments, manage delinquencies, and enforce lease terms
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and tenant interactions using property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite)
- Stay updated on local rental market trends, fair housing regulations, and landlord-tenant laws
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
- Proficiency in using property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite)
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
