SalarySeeking a part time office manager to perform professional office functions and property asset management. Applicant needs strong people skills and extremely strong organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
We expect our employees to promote an atmosphere of community with other employees and for its customers. List of duties is not all-inclusive:
- Timely reporting to various agencies
- Utilize and maintain accurate budgetary guidelines
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable, including delinquent customer payments
- Pursue past due accounts persistently and maintain proper back-up documentation
- Maintain financial records including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll audits, and general ledger as directed.
- Ensure daily bank deposits are made and reconciled.
- Manage staff and/or contractors to ensure facility maintenance needs as met.
- Supervise and oversee additional staff members.

- Organized and detailed in work performance.
- Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
- Genuine caring for and interest for customer service.
