PMI specializes in Property Management, Short Term, and Real Estate Brokerage (commercial and residential). This is a commissioned based contract position and does require either to have a Real Estate license or to get a Real Estate license (Alabama). Must be located in the Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores area. As a licensed agent in this role, you would have multiple ways to generate commissions from Real Estate brokerage to business development management of our property management division. - List and sell residential or commercial Real Estate
- Recruit Real Estate Agents
- Business Development for Residential and Short Term Rental Management
- Short Term Services Business Development
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic Real Estate procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
- Attend Real Estate Association Networking Events
- Actively Prospect to grow our brand across all locations
- Previous experience in Real Estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with Real Estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
