We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our sales office in Calera and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Duties:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
