Position Overview:
We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled HVAC Technicians to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system malfunctions

• Help clients on-site with HVAC issues

• Preparing cost estimates

• Install and test HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units

• Inspect existing HVAC systems to identify and diagnose issues and provide recommendations for repair or replacement

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimum efficiency and prevent breakdowns

• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work

• Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to make sure everything is done the right way.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. 

• Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.

• Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution while working on clients' site

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Communicate technical information clearly and understandably. 

Requirements:

• Valid HVAC technician license

• Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment

• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
