Position Overview: They are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Associate Director of Property and Asset Management to join the team and lead a high-profile account. As an integral member of the organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimisation of a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Property and Asset Management professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of team goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic property management plans in alignment with client objectives, driving value creation and maximizing asset performance.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and tenants, serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters.
Conduct regular property inspections, reviews, and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and mitigate risks.
Oversee financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, rent collection, and expense management, to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as leasing, facilities management, and project management, to coordinate and execute initiatives that enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree .
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property and Asset Management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios and delivering exceptional results. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
Professional certifications such as RICS, CPM, or similar are highly desirable.
