Property Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed using various tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
