JMS RED AZ, LLC is a real estate development company based in Phoenix, AZ. We manage small multifamily apartment buildings in the Downtown Phoenix and Tempe areas, using an in-house property management and maintenance team to provide quality and value to our tenants and investors. Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and team orientation.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
  • Reliable transportation to drive for company business.
  • Willing to drive and visit all properties in the Downtown Phoenix and Tempe areas
  • Minimum of 3+ year experience in property management or real estate field.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
  • Conversational proficiency in Spanish.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience with AppFolio is a plus!
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus!

About the Offer:

About the Job:

  • Assist the General Manager in managing our rental properties and making sure properties are up to code and legally compliant
  • Advertise and act as the leasing agent to fill vacancies.
  • Schedule and hold unit showings and processing rental applications in accordance with current laws and regulations
  • Write tenant lease contracts and hold contract signings.
  • Collect and process rents, along with any additional property fees from tenants and laundry room quarter collections
  • Enforce tenant contracts and resolve tenant issues diplomatically and professionally.
  • Work with legal counsel to resolve evictions and attend hearings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing operational reports, property acquisition items, rent collection reports, building notices, maintenance requests, and market research.
  • Assists with Marketing of properties.
  • Assist with accounting data entry and billing tracking
  • Assist with vendor coordination
  • Walk the properties and note any maintenance needs
