Position Title: IT Business Analyst III
Location: Plano, TX
Expected Duration: 12 months

Position Summary

• Thoughtfully collaborate with Global Technology Change Management QA Change standards
• Seek opportunities to maximize processes, documentation, approval processes and routines to ensure teams adherence to Change standard governance
• Mentor and provide guidance on new QA change standard requirements to ensure material and non-material project compliance
• Work with Program and Technology Project Manager to build success criteria and metrics to begin measuring results of compliance with Change standards
• Work closely with Change team to evaluate and remediate issues and QA assessments
• Partner with Agile SMEs to ensure new and current development processes align with governance and change standards
• This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 3 days in office.
