Position Information

• Maintenance Technician
• Multifamily Community-60 Units
• Schedule – Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM-Additional days/hours may be required based on property needs.

Who You Are

To be considered for this position, you should have the following skills

• Experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Hand and Power Tools

A Day in the Life

• Prioritize and complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material, supply inventory and equipment.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
