Property Management Inspector

Our growing residential Property Management firm is seeking a reliable and meticulous Property Management Inspector to perform inspections and handle on-site tasks across our portfolio of rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties before tenant move-in, after move-out, and at periodic intervals
• Compile detailed inspection reports documenting property condition and required maintenance/repairs
• Take clear photographs to visually document inspection findings
• Install and remove "For Rent" posts/signs at properties as needed
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as light bulb replacements and filter changes
• Run property-related errands and pick-up/delivery tasks for property managers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Excellent attention to detail with strong observation and documentation skills
• Comfortable driving daily to properties across the local service area
• Strong communication skills to correspond with property managers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background and reference checks
