Property Accountant - Excellent Career Path

A rapidly growing real estate organization that is focused on the acquisition, development and management of commercial properties on the west coast is looking for a Property Accountant to join their talented and friendly team.

Salary range: $75K-$80K + Bonus & Excellent Benefits.
This is a Hybrid position.
Property Accountant Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Employee expense reimbursements
- Intercompany journal entries
- Month end close balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations
- Journal entries including accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with budgets
- Special projects
Property Accountant Requirements:
- BS Accounting or equivalent
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience
- Real estate industry experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Yardi experience a plus but not required
