Dispatcher / Experience Property Manager & Accounting

We are seeking a Dispatcher / Property Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service for all inbound and outbound calls.
• Manage Properties
• Work well independently without supervision and get along with coworkers to efficiently guide and schedule all calls.
• Collect rent and other property fees from tenants.
• Pay property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, payroll, insurance premiums and maintenance costs.
• Must be Quickbook Experience
• Accounting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Dispatcher: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• Bilingual (Required)
