We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator based at our New Jersey Service Center with a start date of January 1st 2024 or later. This job can be performed remotely.
Responsibilities
Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in the various manufacturing systems and queued into the production schedule
Confer with customers (internal & external) throughout production to keep them informed of the status of jobs, solicit additional information needed for current jobs and coordinate changes to jobs
Coordinate the resolution of customer or manufacturing issues with customer jobs
Monitor progress of jobs throughout production to ensure we are meeting client deliverables
Tally the final production runs and work performed to assemble paperwork for billing purposes
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects at the time with urgent deadlines and flexible priorities
Perform telephone duties which require answering telephones, messages, forwarding calls and assisting caller with questions
Excellent time management and problem solution skills
Ability to read construction blueprints and store elevation drawings
Ability to operate current software programs
Ability to take instruction and use pre-established guidelines to performs functions of the job as well as experience and judgment to accomplish completion of job
Degree in business, project management or building construction technology or similar 3-5 years working experience in the field of retail or commercial construction
- Preferably in-office work, but remote work can be considered

The hourly range for this position is $23-$28/hr and is based off a number of factors including experience, education, and location.
