AppsFlyer is hiring a Revenue Operations Associate with strong operational and analytical experience. The role will be highly cross-functional, working closely with sales, finance and marketing. This role will enable our sales team to continue to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions in support of our sales process.
Key areas of the role include: building and enhancing systems and processes, supporting our Sales team with day-to-day Salesforce guidance and uncovering key insights to continue to drive revenue growth. You will assist AppsFlyer through strong revenue growth, sales strategy and performance with your focus on the sales operations infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Develop sales reporting and automation of key performance metrics to help drive revenue and optimize AppsFlyer's sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Support our sales forecasting and planning by creating models with data-driven insights
- Help build, maintain, and improve the quality of our data integrity
- Deliver accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership
- Work closely with sales leadership to facilitate continuous process improvement and help drive incremental sales
- Drive standards of performance and specific actions that drive sales activities at the territory level
- Review the weekly forecast and metric reports, provide analysis as well as actionable insights
- Assist with sales planning, including regular updates on quotas, headcount and sales plan
What You Have:
- 1+ years of experience in consulting or equivalent in sales/business operations
- Salesforce.com experience is a must; SFDC Admin is a plus
- Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision making skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- High level of curiosity and integrity
- Excel (Pivot tables and Vlookup)
For our SF-based candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $80,000 and $108,000 (including bonus). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
