Production Manager

Boutte Tree, Inc. Is seeking a Production Manager. This position is responsible for the daily management of our crews and production personnel and is a crucial part of delivering excellent service to our clients. Verified experience in tree care and/or crew management is preferred.

Duties include:

● Manage and supervise all production workers in alignment with the rules and policies in our employee handbook

● Collaborate with the Senior Maintenance Engineer to ensure a safe and ready-to-use fleet.

● Collaborate harmoniously with the Safety Manager to plan inspections, trainings, and staffing to optimize safety and employee development.

● Work closely with Sales Manager to maintain good relations between sales and production. Use data and analytics to implement changes driving profitability and efficiency.

● Improve worker productivity by monitoring Overtime and improving worker returns.

● Work closely with Office Manager, ensuring that PTO, training, and other field worker needs are properly communicated for optimal scheduling.

● Visit jobsites as needed throughout the day as problems arise, or to do flash visits, assist the safety manager and production supervisors with inspections, etc.

● Maintain control over both Boutte Tree company yards through good management.

● Be responsible for damages and repairs, tracking, resolution, client communication, and employee accountability. The office provides administrative assistance with tracking.

● Represent the company’s values and interests at all times.

● Other tasks and responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by the manager(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
