Location: 95% Remote in Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a skilled Data Specialist to join a challenging and rewarding project focused on data cleansing within the MMIS System (ENVI).

As a Data Specialist, you will be an integral part of a project aimed at improving data integrity within the MMIS System (ENVI). The primary responsibilities include working with large datasets, particularly 100,000-line Excel spreadsheets, to identify and eliminate duplicates and redundant data. The role requires strong Excel skills, with the ability to comb through data from multiple files and ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough data cleansing on the MMIS System (ENVI).

· Utilize Excel expertise to navigate and manipulate extensive datasets.

· Identify and eliminate redundancies within the data.

· Report on project progress to stakeholders.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

· Preferred industry experience in supply chain or healthcare systems.

· Perform daily morning check-ins with manager.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

· Strong proficiency in Excel with experience working on large datasets.

· Previous experience in data cleansing and removal of duplicates.

· Knowledge of the MMIS System (ENVI) is a plus.

· Familiarity with supply chain or healthcare system industry practices is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to report project progress.

· Proven ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
