Director of Solutions Product Management - Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI)Remote Position

Iron Mountain’s Digital Business Unit is a leading provider of innovative digital solutions in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. We specialize in delivering industry-leading software and services tailored to meet the evolving needs of financial institutions and insurance companies worldwide. We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Product Management who will be responsible for building innovative Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) digital solutions for our global customer base.

An ideal candidate for this role must be a passionate, team-oriented problem solver who demonstrates a good blend of business and technical acumen. You possess exceptional Product Management skills, a deep understanding of the financial services space, and a proven track record of driving customer-led product innovation and growth. You will lead a team of talented product managers to develop and deliver solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product and solutions strategy for the BFSI sector, aligning with company goals and market trends. Drive innovation and differentiation to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of our clients and align with industry regulations and standards.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Use insights to inform roadmap decisions and prioritize feature development.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and identify opportunities for collaboration and co-innovation.

  • Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to empower team members to excel in their roles.

  • Product Evangelism: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for our solutions in the BFSI industry. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our products and thought leadership.

Experience & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on the BFSI industry.

  • 5+ years experience managing and coaching product managers.

  • Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market and driving revenue growth.

  • Deep understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance products, processes, and regulations.

  • Experience with B2B software development, software as a service, and cloud deployments.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Confident and articulate verbal and written communication skills, including at the executive level.
