Procurement Specialist - Decatur, IL

• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Day Shift (1st Shift) - 40 hours per week
• Temporary Contract position with Raise with potential for perm hire with ADM
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check required.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with operational stakeholders and suppliers to execute low complexity SOWs for Corporate Procurement Categories.
• Manage the entire contract execution process for in scope contracts i.e. to create, redline, seek approval and publish using ADMs Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solution.
• Work with the wider procurement team to make sure CLM data is accurate.

Job Requirements:

• Contract Administration experience; Knowledge of creating and managing contracts through its contract lifecycle.
• Previous experience with CLM software, preferably Coupa
• Ability to work alone or within a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn systems such as Coupa, PowerBI, etc.
