Construction Procurement Specialist Responsibilities:

• Managing US government bidding and negotiating process
• Project Management acumen, prioritization and assessment of multiple projects; including estimation, cost control, strategy, budgeting, and timelines, Full documentation, from estimate to project completion
• Accountable and communicative with stakeholders, as well as prospective and current clients

Construction Procurement Specialist Requirements:

• 5 years of construction estimation: mid-large scale government projects
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred
• Certified Cost Professional (CCP) / Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) preferred
