The Marketing Communications Group within the Client Solutions Group of NB Private Markets is focused on developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing solutions to support the overall Private Markets platform and individual fund offerings. The team is seeking a junior team member (analyst) to help project manage and lead a variety of marketing initiatives for the platform. This individual will work cross functionally with partners in corporate events, multi-media production, channel and product marketing, digital marketing, design and global legal and compliance as well as the Private Markets investment team.
The individual will have a wide scope of responsibilities as outlined below, working across the entire suite of NB Private Markets products. The ideal candidate is a professional, articulate, highly organized and detail oriented individual, who enjoys and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Partner effectively with Private Markets investment teams to understand their needs and support their fundraises; prepare them for supporting marketing efforts including video production, conference presentations, media prep etc.
Partner with and support the global Channel marketing teams to create marketing content and campaign strategies aligned with client coverage and private market goals
Project manage the production of Private Markets specific collateral and content in partnership with the various global marketing and legal teams
Plan and execute on client engagement events such as our Private Markets Annual General Meetings (New York & London) for investors and prospects
Contribute to brand building initiatives such as
Research and manage industry conferences and speaker participation
Evaluate paid media and advertising opportunities
Supporting public relations and social media strategy
Identify industry trends and client interests to help drive initiatives
Analyze, interpret, and disseminate post-campaign and event metrics/reporting to gain insight into client behavior
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree, preferably with some marketing, economics or finance knowledge/background
At least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience (i.e., experience with asset management, marketing / communications, or consulting)
Excellent academic credentials
Ability to multi-task, team-player attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects and manage them effectively
Strong organizational skills
Remarkable attention to detail
Strong judgment, maturity and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, and ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both orally and in written form

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
