About the role:
This individual will serve as the primary project manager and coordinator for our fundraising initiatives within Blue Owl's Private Wealth business. This role will work closely with the Head of North America Distribution and interface with other business functions and stakeholders on behalf of the Sales Leadership Team (SLT). They will be responsible for various strategic initiatives with senior management and the investment teams to support and grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Distribution on channel strategy, e.g., market coverage, client segmentation, focus teams, and advisor resources.
  • Assess Market sizing and penetration in partnership with Analytics and Marketing.
  • Coordinate across business stakeholders to enhance the selling-system; fully commercializing our data and technology resources.
  • Manage and oversee agendas for the bi-weekly Sales Leadership Team (SLT) call and the monthly National Sales Call (NSC) across client channels.
  • Quarterly Market Review (QMR) analysis in partnership with the Sales Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Global Sales Meeting (GSM) planning and execution in partnership with Events.
  • Content creation for the Head of Distribution (content creation and talking points).
  • Monthly Executive reporting on fundraising results and key initiatives.
  • Coordination of Market Team training and development in partnership with the National Sales Managers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategy, finance, or a similar field.
  • 6-10+ years of experience in a project management, business management or similar role, preferably in financial services or consulting.
  • Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams within or across departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence at various levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results driven with a high-level of attention to detail and commitment to excellence, ability to execute assigned initiatives but also go above and beyond.

It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000-200,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
