Overall Purpose of the Role
Warehouse Production Associates are responsible for picking orders, sorting, organizing carts as well as packing orders for shipment per company protocols and guidelines.
Job duties may include:
- Accurately pick and pack products for customer orders using RF hand held scanners and computers
- Operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to move large quantities of merchandise
- Participate with inventory counts and research discrepancies as directed
- Assist with receiving and replenishment task(s) restocking items to pick shelves
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Monday to FriDay shift (5 days at 7.50 hours) Weekends off!
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Primarily standing and/or walking throughout a 190,000+ sq. ft. facility
- Duties and responsibilities performed normally do require special physical requirements including bending over, crouching, pushing, pulling, reach/overhead reaching and occasional lifting of material over 45 pounds.
- Works in a warehouse and outside environment and is exposed to dust and seasonal changes in climate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to give and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to differentiate between colors
- Strong work ethic, sharp attention to detail, and be reliable
- Experience with RF guns preferred but not necessary
