Dynamic and creative NYC-based entrepreneur is looking for a sharp, accountable and resourceful Executive Housekeeper as his first household hire. KEY DUTIES
40% House Manager | 40% Personal Assistant | 20% Cooking
- Calendar, schedule and confirm personal appointments on behalf of principal
- Implement and maintain systems to ensure that all household assets are updated as needed (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc)
- Source, vet and manage vendors to maintain home in pristine condition (housekeeping, handyman, etc)
- Review and reconcile monthly expenses/invoices
- Coordinate all travel arrangements - mainly commercial
- Prepare principal for travel and returns (pack and unpack, purchase any necessary items, etc.)
- Ensure all household items remain stocked; maintain inventory (fridges, pantries, etc)
- Run errands as needed (dry cleaning, grocery stores, pharmacy)
- Assist with petcare - small dog (vet appointments, groomers, feeding etc)
- Order items, review packages, return items as needed
- Check and review slow mail
- Handle meal prep and cooking
- Oversee any additional special projects
COMP / SCHEDULE / BENEFITS ETC
- SALARY: 100-125K (1099 to start, with potential to eventually turn W2)
- BENEFITS: Stipend to be provided
- BONUS: Discretionary EOY
- SCHEDULE: Onsite with flex to work from home when possible
- PTO: 3 weeks PTO + 10 national holidays, 5 paid sick days
