Personal Assistant/Secretary

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Secretary to join our team. As an Assistant Secretary, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate and assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Utilize Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications for various tasks
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook Calendar
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
