We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe notes, documents, and other materials as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with organizing and maintaining schedules, including calendar management
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with Google Suite is a plus
