Fit 4 Life is growing fast – we’re on track to open a minimum of 3 new facilities this year and we need excellent leaders to grow with us! Our Fitness Managers are in the business of CHANGING LIVES. They understand what it takes to run a strong business, hire and train great people, and grow our Personal Training department. SKILLS NEEDED TO WIN
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to learn new systems, adopt and uphold company standards
- Ability to oversee sales and production while maintaining a clean, organized gym
- A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
- Passion for leadership and team development
- The ability to deliver a great guest experience
- Previous gym experience (not required, but welcomed)
- Ability to jump in and assist where needed
- Self-starting attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Paid time off

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)
