Title:
Fabrication Record Book (FRB) Coordinator / Reviewer
Working within the position of a Fabrication Record Book (FRB) Coordinator / Reviewer where you will be responsible for the timely and accurate coordination and review of FRB turnover documents submitted from subcontractors prior to transmitting to the owner. Ensuring that all FRBs are correctly and accurately assembled while adhere to the approved Module Turnover Index in conjunction with the client required specifications for FRB's. The documents contained in the FRB include, but not limited to Inspection test plans, Inspection test records, Welding procedures, NDE procedures and NDE results, redlined drawings, hydro test packs, NCRs and RFIs. Position involves working with new electronic document process (i.e., no paper, electronic copies only) while ensuring documents are reviewed and approved as they become available in a progressive manner and correctly & accurately uploaded to the project sites repository.
As needed perform daily inspection of Piping and welding activities in line with the ITPs and generate concise, accurate daily reports of inspections and tests. Liaising with Piping/Mechanical Supervisor/Inspector on plans, drawing, specifications and code requirements and executes the specific inspections required on materials, components and construction/installation of piping systems.
