Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Manager/Personal Assistant for location in Winston-Salem, NC. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties/Requirements:
- Hours will typically be 8 am to 2 pm, but some flexibility will be provided. Weekend hours may be required during events.
- Party planning, including all aspects from overseeing set-up and clean-up to choosing/hiring vendors, design and decoration and are duties as assigned.
- Party planning may encompass 5-10 events per year, including fundraisers, birthday parties and holiday events. Most of the events will range from 10-100 attendees.
- Other duties include keeping track of all service/repairs performed on the property, including escorting and overseeing service technicians to appropriate work areas.
- Assist with updating inventory of art collection and library cataloging.
- Assist with updating personal calendar and correspondence.
- Grocery shopping may be required as necessary.
- Understanding of security systems and alarms is preferred, including monitoring of security cameras.
