Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Rockstar: Be my right hand in managing a wide array of everyday activities. This might involve anything from household tasks to coordinating projects. You're the person who keeps the daily puzzle pieces fitting together seamlessly.
- Event and Travel Planner: Plan and book my travel arrangements, ensuring both business trips and personal getaways are top-notch. You’re also in charge of arranging everything from intimate dinners to larger events, ensuring they are memorable from start to finish.
- Appointment Ace: You’ll be juggling my calendar like a pro – booking restaurant reservations, social events, and various appointments. It’s about keeping me connected and engaged, both personally and professionally.
- Communication Conduit: Act as a liaison between me, my wife, my business partner, and my executive strategist. You'll ensure I’m not just where I need to be but also fully prepped for every meeting or event. Your role is crucial in keeping our communication lines smooth and effective.
- Research and Errand Runner: Dive into research as needed and run errands that keep my world turning. You’re the behind-the-scenes magician who helps keep everything in order.
- On-Site Support: When needed, accompany me to on-site events or meetings, offering your support to ensure they go off without a hitch. Your presence and assistance in these settings can make a world of difference.
- Keeping Secrets Safe: In this gig, you'll be my vault. Confidentiality is Key: In this role, you're the guardian of confidentiality. Whether it's my business plans, personal matters, or the details of the celebrities and business owners we interact with, your ability to keep information private is crucial. We're talking top-level discretion here, handling everything with the highest integrity and care.

If they want you to continue after that, you will do a Zoom interview with my wife, my business partner, and my executive strategist.
