Performance Marketing Manager
Zinus is seeking an experienced DTC Performance Marketing Manager to join our Direct-to-Consumer team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for accelerating our Performance Marketing channels inclusive of search, SEO, affiliate marketing, email, and referral marketing. This role is highly analytical, collaborative, and fast-paced with a clear focus on delivering across defined performance metrics.
The ideal candidate has deep experience building and managing Performance Marketing programs with a focus on ROAS and business goals. You are strategic, detail-oriented, sales-driven yet can be tactical to connect all the moving parts within a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
Monitoring the day-to-day onsite activity and performance to achieve sales, traffic, user experience, and loyalty goals.
Build and execute campaigns with digital partners (internal and external) across multiple platforms such as email, affiliate, referral, direct response, paid search, and paid social.
Research and implement the latest digital marketing strategies and benchmarks.
Establish and build weekly and monthly reports with site metrics, email, search, Pinterest, display, and affiliate channel results and optimizations.
Own the development and ongoing maintenance of the marketing and promotional calendar.
Manage user flows and customer segmentation for email and sales opportunities.
Identify and implement digital marketing and site optimizations.
Accelerate our email and SMS capabilities with our current partner with attention to ROI.
Implement a test-and-learn strategy to include tests across creative, copy, audience segments, and messaging.
Partner cross-functionally for timely development of content to support business goals on an ongoing basis, including but not limited to site banners, and landing pages.
Experience needed:
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in the e-commerce industry directly managing Performance Marketing channels
Strong project management and prioritization across multiple projects at once.
Have built and managed marketing/promotional calendars with attention to sales and ROI.
Firm understanding and previous management of affiliate networks, email platforms, Shopify, testing platforms, and SEO.
Knowledgeable and experienced in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Paid Search, and Meta platforms.
Prior experience managing agency partners.
Trafficking of banners and creative assets with the ability to build is a plus.
Prior experience in writing creative briefs for multiple project types.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being strategic and tactical.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be authorized to work within the US.
