Patient Services Representative/ Medical Front Desk

Looking for a Patient Service Representative-Front Desk for a busy and stable physical therapy company, who has been in business for 27 years. The physical therapists are young, energetic and excited about their profession.

We are looking for someone who can work under pressure and multi-task. Has knowledge in obtaining insurance benefits and knows how to submit for authorizations. We are also looking for someone that is proficient with Microsoft office. Our ideal candidate would also be able to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Time management and self-motivated are necessary skills as well. Patient Service Representatives need to have accountability for their work as well as have the knowledge and confidence to answer all of patient’s questions regarding their appointments, clinic information and information about their physical therapy benefits. They will be responsible for scheduling appointments for patients. A Patient Services representative must be able to verify insurance benefits and needs to understand the billing process. Knowledge of claims data is preferred.

You need to be available to work from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
