Payroll Coordinator-Berwyn, PA (Hybrid schedule)
Responsibilities
-Process and manage bi-weekly payroll for employees (700).
-Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including deductions, taxes, and benefits.
-Maintain payroll records and files in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
-Multi-state (45) processing.
-Garnishments and payroll reconciliations
-Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
-Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any discrepancies
-Generate payroll reports for management review
-Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing
Experience
- Proficient in using Paycor or other payroll software; they will be converting to UKG
- Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and regulations related to payroll
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
